Waited nine months for our two sofas. It’s incredible in this era that a company doesn’t have a basic computer infrastructure to keep record of customers orders, deposits etc. But in 2020 we have Rite Price, who write orders on wee bits of paper, lose that paper and move on with their day as if they haven’t already taken a 300 deposit. When we chased up after a few months we were told there was no record of our order, then when they found “the wee slip of paper” the order was wrong and combined with COVID, meant we only got our sofas nine months after ordering them. No apology for the delay from Rite Price, no explanation, unsurprising, probably lost our contact details too on the wee slip of paper. If we hadn’t chased up at all we would still be waiting. Very unprofessional and chaotic set up for any modern business. Keep your money and spend it somewhere where you know they’ve a proper set up.

Staff were very helpful went over and above to help.
Dont know what happened in there. The staff used to be really friendly and would have went out of there way to help you. Had a problem trying to find the name of a wooden floor i bought out of there 2 years ago to replace a bit in my floor. Weren't interested in helping. A guy said he would try and give me a ring, i.had to ring him, couldn't find it. Gave me quote for a new floor instead.

There is an abundance of choice of Carpets,wooden floors. rugs . Settee suits, beds and occasional furniture. We were in to purchase a Settee Suite Our Salesman Neill was very informative showing us options and advising us as to what would suite our needs best and extremely patient . Prices are also very competitive. In my opinion a 5*
